We Are The Dwarves — 2026 update
A 2016 game needed an update and an Epic Games Store release — publisher Whale Rock Games gave that job to us.
Task
Move an old Unity project to a current engine version without breaking the game, replace outdated networking and prepare the Epic port with achievements.
What was built
Unity 5.4 → 2021.3 LTS, networking from UNET to Mirror, cutscenes on the current video player, fixes and optimisation from the tester's reports, Epic Online Services with 34 achievements.
Our role
We led the programming of the 2026 update. The game, its art and design belong to the publisher.

Result and current state
Update builds v1.1.1 for Steam and Epic are with the publisher for QA; the release is up to the publisher. The game itself is on sale on Steam.
