MechaLearn — robotics learning in VR and on the web

A virtual robotics lab: wire a circuit, write Arduino code and watch the device come alive — in VR or the browser.

Virtual robotics lab · 29 devices

Details
Task
Bring electronics theory, code and assembly into one place, so a learner changes the circuit or sketch and sees the effect at once.
What was built
Emulated Arduino Uno, Mega and Nano boards, a breadboard with electrical-rule checks, block and node programming, on-the-fly sketch compilation, an AI tutor, teacher lesson recording. 29 devices in the catalog.
Role
Our own project. The idea grew out of Unity and Arduino classes for children at IT Step and Robohaus in Kyiv.

Topics

What each topic covers
Is the idea feasible?
We look at whether the idea can be built with available technology, what the main risks are and what to check first.
Architecture and technology choice
We compare options for the architecture, stack and services for your task and explain the trade-offs.
MVP plan
We help decide what goes into the first version, what can wait and in what order to build.
Review of an existing project
We look at an existing project, how it is built and where it is weak, within the scope agreed for your question. A full code audit is not possible from a short description.
Performance
Slow loading, low frame rate, heavy scenes or overloaded servers: we look for likely causes and ways to measure and fix them.
Integration
Connecting systems, services, bots or devices: we discuss options, data exchange and pitfalls.

What you can get, agreed per question: Recommendations on your question Options with their constraints A list of risks A plan of next steps

About the steps
Describe the task
Use the form, the chat, or write directly by email or Telegram. No ready specification is needed: a few sentences about what should work and for whom are enough to start.
We clarify the details
We read the request and ask only what affects the next step: a new or existing solution, platforms, constraints, materials.
We agree on the next step
Depending on the task, this is a consultation, an estimate, a prototype or development. Format, cost and timing are agreed individually before any work starts.

About

Who does the work

You discuss the task with the person who leads the project and writes much of its code. When the work needs other skills — 3D artists, scriptwriters, game designers, testers — we bring in the right specialists and run the team, and you keep one point of contact for the whole result.

Short answers

Do I need a ready specification?

No. A ready specification or a choice of technology is not required: describe what should work, for whom and what exists today. Budget and timeline are optional.

What does it cost?

We confirm the cost after looking at the task; format and timing are agreed before work starts. Platforms, integrations, materials, the desired timeline and budget help with the estimate.

Who does the work?

The person you talk to leads the project and writes much of the code. When a project needs other skills, we hire specialists — 3D modellers, scriptwriters, game designers — and manage their work; we have done this on several projects. On publisher titles part of the art and design came from the publisher, and each case says who did what.

Can we work under an NDA?

Yes, by separate agreement; nothing is covered by an NDA before one is agreed. Do not send passwords, keys, bank details or identity documents through the form or the chat — we agree on a safe way to share them.

Where are you, and which languages?

Da Nang, Vietnam (UTC+7), working remotely. English, Russian, Ukrainian.

What do the project labels mean?

Each case says whether it is our own product, client work, participation in someone else's product, a prototype or a demo, and what exactly we did. Whale Rock Games titles belong to the publisher.
