The assistant on this page is Site Agent, our product: it answers from the site's content and hands over to a person.
Task
A business needs a chat that handles routine questions itself and passes harder ones to a staff member in the same conversation.
What was built
An embeddable widget (Shadow DOM), answers from each site's own knowledge base (RAG), real-time handoff to an operator over SignalR, an operator console, a separate knowledge base per site.
Our role
Our own product: server side, widget, operator console and deployment are ours.
Result and current state
It runs on our server — right here: open the chat, ask a question or ask for a person.
Keep in mind: Like any AI, it can make mistakes; the rules decide when it hands the conversation to a person.
